Billing questions
What counts as an active property?+
A property with its guest links, concierge, and SMS switched on. Toggle a property inactive (a seasonal cabin, a listing you've paused) and it costs nothing while staying fully editable.
When does billing start?+
When you do. Building is free with no card: add properties, fill the knowledge base, sync calendars, and preview the full guest experience for as long as you like. You subscribe at the moment you take a property live, and you can flip it back to free (inactive) anytime.
How does the door-codes add-on bill?+
It's enabled per property in that property's settings and adds $10/month to that property's subscription. Turn it off anytime; codes already on the lock are cleaned up.
Is there a contract or setup fee?+
No. Month to month, cancel anytime from the dashboard. When you cancel, guest links stop working at the end of the billing period and your data can be exported or deleted on request.
What about message volume or AI usage limits?+
Fair use, no metering. Guests can ask as much as they like; that's the point. If a property's usage looks like abuse rather than hospitality, we'll talk to you before anything changes.
