StaySage is a guest-assistance service operated by Tahosa Systems LLC. Guests staying at a participating short-term rental can text our AI concierge questions about the property during their stay and receive automated replies drawn from information their host provided.

How to opt in

Guests opt in with the form below, which also appears on every guest's private StaySage guide page during their stay. Enter your mobile number and check the box to agree:

After you opt in you receive one confirmation text; every other message is an automated reply to a question you send. A mobile number your host adds to a reservation is used only to match your texts to your stay; no message is sent to it unless you opt in.

The fine print

• Messaging is conversational: one opt-in confirmation, then replies only to your own inbound texts.
• Access is tied to your reservation and ends automatically after checkout.
• Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• The concierge is an AI and can make mistakes; verify anything important with your host. It is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 911.
