Guest Terms & AI Disclosure

This page applies to guests who use a StaySage guest page, chat, or SMS concierge (the “Guest Service”) during a stay at a property. The Guest Service is operated by Tahosa Systems LLC (“we”, “us”) on behalf of the host or property manager of your rental (your “Host”). By using the Guest Service, you agree to these terms.

1. You are talking with an AI

The concierge is an automated artificial-intelligence system, not a person. It answers using information your Host provided about the property, plus general knowledge. AI answers can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete, even when they sound confident. Verify anything important (such as safety instructions, appliance operation, directions, or policies) with your Host or through your booking platform.

2. Not for emergencies

The Guest Service is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a fire, gas smell, carbon monoxide alarm, medical emergency, crime in progress, or any threat to life or safety, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not rely on the chat to summon help. While the Service tries to flag urgent messages to your Host, detection and delivery are not guaranteed and may be delayed or fail.

3. Your Host sees your messages

Conversations with the concierge (including SMS) are recorded and are visible to your Host and their team, and may trigger automated notifications to them. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat, such as payment card numbers, government IDs, or health information.

4. Property information comes from your Host

House rules, codes, instructions, and recommendations shown by the Guest Service are supplied by your Host. We do not verify them and are not responsible for their accuracy, for the property itself, or for your booking. Your stay remains governed by your agreement with your Host and your booking platform's terms.

5. Acceptable use and access

Guest links are personal to your stay and time-limited. Do not share your link outside your travel party, attempt to access other stays or properties, or use the Guest Service to harass, spam, break the law, or probe or disrupt the Service. Access ends after checkout.

If your Host uses per-stay door codes, the code you receive is personal to your reservation, stops working after checkout, and must not be shared outside your travel party. Codes depend on your Host's lock hardware and connectivity and can occasionally fail; if a code doesn't work, contact your Host through the platform you booked on rather than relying on the chat.

6. SMS

You can text the concierge by opting in with your mobile number, or by texting the number your Host shares in their check-in message. The SMS concierge is automated. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Message frequency depends on your questions.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE GUEST SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAHOSA SYSTEMS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE GUEST SERVICE, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED ANSWERS, MISSED OR DELAYED ESCALATIONS, OR HOST-PROVIDED INFORMATION, AND OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how it is used, including that your messages are processed by AI providers and shared with your Host.

9. Contact
